As part of our policy on openness and transparency details of fees are as follows:
To introduce ourselves, discuss your requirements and objectives and to begin the process of developing a working relationship takes place at no cost to you.
If you then decide to engage our services we will prepare a report on our findings and recommendations. The research and report fees are calculated on a time costs basis and you will be told how long it will take at the end of the initial meeting.
An implementation fee will be detailed in the report and will cover carrying out the recommendations and all associated administration and is usually calculated on a percentage basis.
Ongoing fees, charged to all clients to cover our administration time, ad hoc phone calls, an annual valuation and quarterly newsletter are charged at 0.5% of the value of any investment and are deducted from the investments. No advice is included in this cost.
Dependant on the nature the work undertaken we may suggest an ongoing review service. All income draw-down contracts must be under a minimum of an annual review. Details of the levels are service can be found in our service propositions (Comprehensive Review

) and are chargeable as follows:
- Transaction - no ongoing charges other than administration fees detailed above
- Annual / Semi Annual Review - charged on a time cost basis with a minimum 1 1/2 hours charged at our standard hourly rate
- Comprehensive Review - 1% of the value of assets under advice and 0.5% of the value of Individual Savings Accounts, payable half yearly.
